The MID is officially now shipping, with the base (chrome-free) model going for €199 (about $245).
Specs:
- 5 inch 800×480 resistive touchscreen
- CPU 667Mhz Samsung ARM
- Android 1.5
- 1GB built in storage + microSD
- battery life 6hrs
- car mount + car charger but no GPS nor navigation software
