Dell Thunder unlike the Lightning is packing an Android 2.1 rest of the specs should be similar however unconfirmed:

• 4.1-inch WVGA OLED screen with Dell “Stage” UI
• Facebook and Twitter social networking,
• unconfirmed Flash 10.1 web videos,
• an “integrated web video Hulu app.”
• unconfirmed  8 megapixel camera
